Please bring two towels, one to sit on in the sauna and another for drying off after your session.
Wear swimwear, and if you have a changing robe it will come in handy. Most guests arrive ready, with their robe over the top.

A water bottle is useful to stay hydrated, and flip flops or sandals make changing easier.
Storage space is limited, so please bring only what you need.

Yes, booking ahead is recommended as spaces are limited. You can book online to secure your spot. Walk in bookings are accepted however we can’t guarantee there will be space.

The sauna is for adults and young people aged 16 and over.

There is a dedicated small indoor changing area to leave your belongings however we ask that you only bring what you need as space is limited.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss to personal items.

Swimwear is mandatory. Swimsuits, bikini’s, board shorts etc. Flip flops recommended for moving between sauna and sea/plunge baths.

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24hrs before the session.

You’ll find the public toilets, Sennen Surf Shop and Sennen Surf Lodge all within the same car park, making it convenient to combine your sauna with a surf or grab a coffee, drink, or bite to eat after your session.
