HYDRATE
Replace the water you lose in the heat. Bring a bottle (water not wine!) and drink a plenty before, during and after.
Rinse off
Give yourself a quick rinse using our outside shower before the plunge or sauna. It helps keeps the water clean and the rest of us happy.
BRING TWO TOWELS
Perch on your towel of choice so the benches stay clean and your bottom comfy. Use the other to dry yourself off after the session.
Keep voices low
Be mindful of others and allow the space to stay calm and restful.
Water on the stones
Be gentle, don’t throw or splash and make sure your fellow sauna guests are happy for more intense heat.
Listen to your body
10–15 minutes per round is enough for most people and if you’re new to sauna, less is more to begin with. Take regular breaks and get in the cold plunge to cool your core.
Remove jewellery
Not because it doesn’t suit you, it just get’s HOT!
Dress appropriately
Swimwear please. No nudey’s at Bos.
KEEP THE HEAT IN!
Please don’t keep the door open other than to enter/exit as the heat escapes.
